Wheathampstead Enterprising Businesses

(aka) WEB Group

Wheathampstead Business Group (aka “WEB”) aims to proactively enhance and secure the long-term future of Wheathampstead as a dynamic trading area for the benefit of the whole community.

Local businesses and residents are encouraged to get involved, support businesses locally and help make Wheathampstead a better place to live.

You can become a member of WEB for only £25 per year, which supports our activities and gives you membership discounts, and opportunities to take part in events and campaigns to further promote your business.

What does WEB do?

Supporting local enterprises and the community

We find ways to support local people running local businesses, one of the ways we do this is getting involved in village activities throughout the year.

This includes Wheathampstead Village Day, Small Business Saturday, Christmas Lights Up and various other events.  We love to support local businesses, and our local community.

If you're organising something locally, please get in touch with WEB, we'd love to discover new ways of supporting Wheathampstead village.

We also run the Billy The Bee Buy It Locally loyalty scheme, where shoppers earn stamps each time they purchase from participating businesses, a full card earns shoppers a free hot drink at Charlie's or one of Farr Brew's own brews at The Reading Rooms.  Click through (above) to find out how to become  a participating business, or how to collect or redeem your Billy The Bee cards & stamps.
