Osteopathy offers a safe form of manual therapy to treat a wide variety of health complaints. It works with the structure and function of the body, with the belief that the well-being of an individual depends on the health of the skeleton, muscles, ligaments, vascular and nervous systems functioning properly. 
As well as working structurally, I treat using cranial osteopathic techniques, which are particularly effective on children and in the treatment of headaches. My other areas of interest are pregnancy, headaches, postural assessments and older age.
